Our program incorporates numerous activities scientifically designed to support recovery, including gym workouts, boxing, jiu-jitsu, ropes courses, white-water rafting, basketball, peer meetings, Top Golf, hiking, and ice baths.

For example, boxing and gym workouts boost dopamine and serotonin, jiu-jitsu promotes GABA and teaches emotional regulation, while ice baths stimulate norepinephrine and can increase dopamine production by up to 250%.

When you begin treatment, you'll join a supportive brotherhood of men on similar journeys. You'll receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, combining individual therapy, group sessions, and structured activities.
Our approach emphasizes both clinical excellence and community support, with a focus on building strength, connection, and purpose. The environment fosters accountability while providing the tools needed for lasting recovery in a men's-only setting that promotes openness and authentic connection.
We recommend bringing comfortable athletic clothing suitable for a variety of physical activities, including gym workouts, boxing, hiking, and outdoor adventures.
Pack several sets of workout clothes, athletic shoes, swimwear for water activities, and weather-appropriate outerwear. Personal toiletries, medication (in original containers), insurance information, and identification are essential.
Consider bringing a journal for reflection and recovery work. Items that support your wellness journey, such as books on recovery or personal growth, are welcome. Please leave valuables, electronics with internet capabilities, and any substances or paraphernalia at home.
